Summer is Here – Get Your Drivers Out!

Today is the first day of Summer, the Sun has been out and it is quite humid here in London. I am in a pair of leather sole suede shoes but I wouldn’t be disappointed to have some comfortable driving shoes on today to give my feet not only a bit of a breather, but also a bit of soft comfort. New String Loafer in the Works!

A Parisian customer of mine recently asked me if I would ever make a loafer just like the Baron de Rede one by George Cleverley.   I have always preached that paying upwards of £250-£300 for a driving loafers was crazy and unjust by the company. There is no reason they should cost that much, especially without having a leather sole on them.
