The Roosevelt- Two Tones for Summer

Dear All,

It’s the time of year when you can add a bit of boldness and colour to your daily outfit.

What better way than to wear a two tone oxford to set you apart from the crowd. We decided to discontinue our older two tone model (the Rainier) and to release our new version The Roosevelt and we are really pleased with the outcome.

We have 3 colourways for SS17 and all have their own characteristics that will work with specific attires.

My personal favourite is the Burgundy/Blue Suede as I love this colour combination in general and this shoe works well with pretty much all jeans and navy suits. The rise in popularity of Plum Museum Calf this year meant we had to make one with this leather and found it worked really well with the Grey Suede to give enough of a contrast but yet still be suitable to wear with a more formal outfit as well as with chinos. The Caramel Calf and Snuff Suede is probably the ‘safest’ option but I guess the most versatile as a model.

We also changed the last shape from our old two tones and have used the ever popular NGT last and we are happy with how they look. One other thing we added was our new ‘Papillon’ medallion which was actually designed by one of our colleagues Stacey.

We hope you like them a much as we do!

Have a great weekend
